Very professional. There were essentially 4 layers to the interview process.
Layer 1: Recruiter selected potentially qualified candidates.
Layer2: Telephone Interview
Layer 3: Meeting with Trainee Manager
Layer 4: Meeting with one of the Principal's to become your mentor.
