Laid back, "get to know you" style of interview. The interview generally lasts 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on availability or circumstance. It is focused around getting to know the interviewee as a person along with their strengths and weaknesses.

20-30 minute phone conversation with one of the camp directors. Discussed interest in the role, talked about self and involvement in community. Also discussed availability throughout summer and willingness to complete different trainings in May.
