The hiring manager is a highly egoistic lady, where she wants you to answer according to her thinking. Your opinion and requirements will be not be considered and you will be judged very soon based on her so called experience.

Entretien
The interview process was very easy. I was interviewed by the VP(marketing and sales) and the C.O.O. They asked me about my previous experience and the entire interview lasted for about 30-45 minutes. The interview was done over Skype. Initially Skype option was not encouraged but since I was not available in Bangalore, after some persuasion the Skype session was arranged.
