If you interview with this firm be prepared for an unnecessarily long and tedious process. They ask the same questions repeatedly as if the interviewers have no contact with each other. There are a total of 3 assessments, one of which “claims” to be an excel assessment.
The most frustrating part about this firm is that they have zero respect for your time. At one point two weeks after the interview the Chief of HR said I would hear back in one day. I heard back a month and a half later that the position was filled. After 8 interviews, 3 assessments, and 2 months of waiting they did not have the professionalism to even give me a phone call. I thoroughly enjoyed interviewing with everyone at the firm but find it ironic that they specialize in HR consulting and have a terrible hiring process.
Overall I found the process to be very negative and a colossal waste of time. I should have listened to the reviews before me and not decided to interview here.

2 phone interviews with a promise of a 3rd then got ghosted. Called multiple times and emailed with no response. Would not recommend. Don't waste your time. Pay and benefits were good if you can get past the ghosting.

The interview process is basically waiting....SO disorganized. No one talks to the other person so you keep answering the same interview questions. What is the point of multiple interviews if everyone is reading off the same script? You interview and then wait a couple of weeks to hear back, interview, wait a couple of weeks to hear back, interview....(are you catching the pattern)?
