Entretien
It was a very straightforward interview process. Applied online and received an invitation to do a phone interview. After the phone screen, was invited to come in for a face to face interview. Met with one member of the HR team for about 30 minutes and had a conversation about my background. Was asked mainly questions like "Name a time when you had to..."

J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez Success Academy Charter Schools (New York, NY)

First of all, the minute I walked into this place, I didn't care for it. There was nowhere to sit because there was only two chairs and they were being occupied by this lady and her purse. So I had to stand. Once the interviewer came out, she ushered me into the back office to sit with her and the HR Manager. The interview was nothing like I prepared for (general "tell me about yourself" questions, discussing past job experience etc.) They were both taking turns pop quizzing me with questions about their website and their company mission. They were also asking me questions about my past experience in working in education (which I DO NOT have...they would have known this had they actually LOOKED at my resume before calling me in to interview). I been going on interviews for a while now and I can immediately tell when a candidate has been pre-selected and the interviewer is just "going through the motions" just to cover their ass. I still have not heard anything and I doubt I will get an offer.
