I arrived at the headquarters at 9:45am. The group interview began around 10:15am. I was impressed by the Personalized name tags they had placed at the table. We told for first introduce ourselves and a special item we cherished. After going around the table we then watched two video clips on teaching strategies used at the school. After the presentation we were given the Poem Keepsake to read, and to develop questions like the teachers displayed in the videos.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
