I applied to this job online through Indeed.com. Within a week I was invited to a group interview in NYC. There wasn't much information about the interview, they told me not to prepare but to be aware that I would be working with a poem and doing a teach back. I, of course, prepared. When I arrived at the interview I was surprised that there was about 16 other people. Yes, all of us were apart of a group interview, how they can properly determine our abilities is still a mystery to me. The interview lasted several hours, the interviewer cut several people off and did not seem to listen. I do believe however she was already aware of who she wanted to hire. Reading the poem together and doing the teach back was awkward since we taught back one after the other. During teach backs she invited a superior in the organization to watch. The superior yawned several times and seemed to fall asleep and wake up randomly. Afterwards we were told that we would hear back from them within the week. I heard back from them within several days and was not offered a spot.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.
