J'ai passé un entretien chez Success Academy Charter Schools
Entretien
I applied to another job but was redirected to this position by HR. After a phone interview, I was invited into the office for a day of interviews. I had to submit a work activity before my interview date. Once there, I was asked questions about my leadership ability, previous work experience, why Success, why this role, and also had to present my presentation that I submitted earlier.

One over-the-phone interview, then an interview activity (the activity took entirely too long to complete, so long, I felt I was owed a paycheck afterward), then 2 in-person interviews (one at Success Academy headquarters and the next with my potential principal).

The phone screen process was average and the recruiter was very pleasant. After a the phone screen interview, I received an email the following week for an in-person interview which was contingent on me passing the "Special Education and Data & Analysis trial activity," with vague instructions - they did not indicate how complex or simple they needed the data analysis information to be. The in-person interview was a little strange and frustrating because of the following: 1) I met with people who are new to the field of talent management (granted everyone needs a change of career) , 2). They did not answer my questions, 3). They asked questions about my background and clearly seemed uninterested....because their eyes were fixated on what was going on in the reception area and not on the interviewee. The lead recruiter was somewhat unfriendly and his body language indicated as such. The overall experience left me wondering if this is how they conduct business and the negative Glassdoor ratings made sense. In the end, I am glad that I did not get an offer from this company!
