I had originically scheduled for wednesday but got an email maybe 2 hours before saying that the recruiter had been removed and asking to reschedule, thank god I saw this before heading out and showing up... I guess this can happen anywhere but it seemed very disorganized and unprofessional. The interview on site was a group interview with 4 groups of 5 or 6 people circulating through 4 rooms. 1 was a normal question session 2 was a behavior scenario 3 was analyzing a poem, I, too, 4 was more standard interview questions. Large groups meant little time to answer and no chance to answer all questions, it is difficult to stand out and shine.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.
