I was contacted through e-mail for a group interview by a recruiter. The interview had about 20 candidates and we were divided into small groups of 4 or 5 people after watching a video about the company. Each room contained different recruiters who asked you different questions, mostly behavioral. I think I lucked out with a group that wasn't very strong. It is important to be assertive and to be prepared for SAR (situation-action-result) based questions. Be confident, be yourself, and be assertive. Dress professionally and do not curse or get too comfortable. They said we would hear back within 5--7 business days but I received a call the day after the interview.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.
