Was reached out to by a recruiter. After the interview the recruiter said I would be contacted within a week. I didn't hear from the recruiter and nearly 3 weeks later I reached out to her and she said my application was still under review. I reached out again and I still have yet to hear from the recruiter. It is classless to reach out to someone take up their time and not even have the decency to contact them after you said you would. If this is how potential candidates are treated during the interview process I can only imagine how they are treated when they are paid.
