Not bad. You will need to be proactive but not overbearing. You should be able to read a teacher material and be ready to teach it clearly in a matter of minutes. Dress code for me is a professional with a tie and for ladies it is a bit arbitrary. You should be able to take real time feedback and implement it your teaching style. Teaching has to conform within the limits of the Success Academy style of scholar-centered teaching. You usually never give an answer when teaching. Rather, you ask questions that make the scholars think on their own!

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
