Entretien
There were two parts to the interview process. First, there was a group session of 8 candidates. Each one had to introduce herself for a minute using a personal object that they had brought with them.
There was also a teach back session which was a bit difficult -- the candidates were given a 4-page text from a children's literature book and they were given 15 minutes to prepare and then they had to teach it for 3 minutes. Each candidate received feedback on their 3-minute presentation and were then asked to do it again for a 1 minute, taking the feedback into consideration.
Finally, part 1 ended with a test and some HR documents that we had to fill out. The test comprised of a poem for children for which we had to think of questions and answers.
Part 2 was the one on one interview with an HR person.

Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
