There were two parts to the interview process. First, there was a group session of 8 candidates. Each one had to introduce herself for a minute using a personal object that they had brought with them. There was also a teach back session which was a bit difficult -- the candidates were given a 4-page text from a children's literature book and they were given 15 minutes to prepare and then they had to teach it for 3 minutes. Each candidate received feedback on their 3-minute presentation and were then asked to do it again for a 1 minute, taking the feedback into consideration. Finally, part 1 ended with a test and some HR documents that we had to fill out. The test comprised of a poem for children for which we had to think of questions and answers. Part 2 was the one on one interview with an HR person.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.
