-began with a group interview with about 10 people
-we each brought in an item of significance and spoke about it for about a minute
-each of us did a brief demo read aloud/lesson for the group, then got feedback and did it one more time
-analyzed a poem
-wrote an example email given a scenario

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
