The interview was online for a new store. A very engaging and kind gentleman was the interviewer. He was friendly and asked a mix of questions about the job and fun questions to get to know me as a person.

What do you know about Subway as brand and why would you like to work with us?
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
