At Subway, when you're applying to be a Sandwich Artist, the interview is pretty smooth. They'll ask about your experience when you can work, and if you're ok with a fast-paced job. They might ask a few questions about how you handle customers and teamwork. Overall, it's a laid-back chat.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
