J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway (Duluth, MN) en janv. 2010
Entretien
It is a fairly simple process. 1: Handed in application (recommend doing this in person, don't let someone do this on your behalf, this can be a turn off for those hiring). 2: Got a call to setup an person-to-person interview. 3: Did 1-on-1 interview, was pretty basic, they wanted to make sure I could handle the job well. 4: Interview ended without a job, but a few weeks later I was hired.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
