J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway (Allen, TX) en juin 2013
Entretien
It was an impromptu interview where the manager asked me a couple of light questions and then hired me on the spot. It was kind of unprofessional in my opinion, which lead to reflect my entire experience there. I ended up getting fired for no reason at all, except that my manager showed me pictures of the messy dining area with no date or time and then showed me how someone had written on the back of the picture that I had not cleaned up and other untrue things like that (seeing as I was always on top of making sure the lobby looked spotless).
J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England)
Entretien
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
