Interviewer was 5-10 minutes late and the interview lasted no more than 5 minutes. I got the job on the spot and began working a day or two after. The interviewer was a bit intimidating and kept asking questions, which I expected. The interview took place when there were no customers and we were at an empty table in the back.

Why do you want to work at Subway? How would you be a great addition to the team?
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
