Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.

I have been a customer of the particular Subway store I had applied to, therefor was familiar with the manager. She was in need of a new worker, and I had asked if they were hiring. She replied with a "Yes, I want you to fill out an application!" I had to wait one more week for my 16th birthday to apply though.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
