Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.

Entretien
I went in and filled out an application and got a call back not even a day or so later. I went in for the interview. They asked me basic interview questions and basically the whole time I smiled and was very bubbly. In the end, they told me they liked me and I had a really good chance. The manager gave me her number and told me to call around 11:30 (which was an hour or so away) and they'll have an answer after they interview the rest of the people. Around 11:30 she calls me back and tells me I got the job and that I can come in and fill out paperwork. I was told I didn't get the job because of the experience (which was really lacking) but because I was smiling the whole time.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
