I applied here back in 2012, so my information may not be relevant now that they economy is better. I am only filling this out to have access to Glassdoor since I am a student without employment history. When I interviewed, they were doing a mass-interviewing session at a mall and were interviewing over 30 people for 3-4 positions. The questions were pretty typical ("Why Subway? Who are you/What is your background?", etc.).

Questions were all pretty typical of what you would expect for a minimum wage job.
I am given a form and fill the form and wait for your turn and staffs are really friendly manager is friendly all in all I really like the interview process.

Entretien
It was alright, a group interview. It wasn't too formal and it was an interesting selection of people in the group. There was one interviewer and four interviewees (including myself). I found it interesting that the interview was held in the middle of the store (which was pretty small) and so customers were able to watch what was going on.
