Very friendly conversation about expectations for the role and availabilities. No preparation needed beforehand as the questions asked are straightforward. Previous experience is not required as you learn everything necessary on the job itself.

The interview process was easy and smooth with simple/direct questions.
The role and benefits were clearly explained to me.
They followed through with a positive feedback after a few days and, after meeting the store Manager for an interview in person, I received a job offer!

quite brief, it was a video call and fairly simple to be honest. all through online resources and not anything that was in person at all. but that’s not a bad thing i guess
