The first step is a 45 minute behavior interview a the recruit. The second step is an hour long behavior/verbal technical assessment with a higher level engineer. The interview process is quick. You'll know if you moved on to the next interview process within 1-3 business days. I didn't make it past the second round. I can tell that the second interviewer was a good person, but had poor soft skills because he came across as pretentious.
