Entretien
Rather than an interview, I just had to submit a writing sample and answer some questions on their website. I also had to edit a passage and describe my experience. When you click on the 'apply for job' link next to a position, the questions you see are the extent of the interview. I never had to talk to anyone over the phone nor meet in person.

There was no interview, they just emailed me with an offer for a contract position after I applied online.
The Initial screening asked for a short-answer style writing sample. The sample included three fairly detailed “assignments” that asked questions related to PRAXIS and other standardized tests, but there was no feedback given and there were no follow up questions asked.
