I was flown out to StudentCity's office in Peabody, MA for a two day interview. The first half of the first day consists of extensive interviews with the Director of Sales and Director of Customer Service. They ordered lunch for the entire office and gave me a chance to mingle with currently employees. The second half of the consists of brief informal meetings with employees where I could ask them questions about StudentCity, what they liked, what they didn't like, and how they came to StudentCity. The second day was more relaxed as I met with other Directors and recapped the day before. I got out of the interviews early and StudentCity paid for my uber to downtown Boston so I could explore the area before my flight home.
