First an information session, then if you are interested there is a phone interview with a district manager, then a final interview with the president. After this, a small waiting period to find out if the position is secured.

the interviews are lengthy and detailed. They are very thorough when selecting people for this position. I spoke with people at multiple levels of the company throughout my interviewing process. They like to ensure you will be a good fit at the company, not everyone is cut out to be doing this job of program.
