The questions during the interview were pretty straightforward—nothing unexpected or hard. I had two rounds of interviews, and the second was in person. To be honest, I wouldn't really call the second an interview; it felt more like a chat . They confirmed there that I had made it to the final stage and expressed that they really liked me and my transferable skills. I was informed that I would hear back within a week about travel arrangements and other details, and the final stage would likely take place within two weeks.
However, I never heard back from them. I emailed all the points of contact I had, including the HR and recruiting emails they provided, but I didn't receive any response. It would have been courteous for them to at least inform me that they were not interested, especially after effectively telling me on the day of the interview that I was moving forward and to wait for the details. Instead, I was left waiting for weeks and sending emails with no reply.
