J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Student Conservation Association en nov. 2013

I was notified by email to set-up an phone interview and to expect the interview to last up to two hours. However half-way through the interview the interviewer said they had a meeting in 15 to 30 min so asked me to shorten my responses which I think is very unprofessional. The call also dropped two times but was fine once the interviewer changed phones.

It was a typical interview asking about leadership, working in groups, why you want to join, and living in a community.
