Multiple screening processes, multiple people in each interview, each interview is about an hour, the decision process takes longer than necessary. good pay and good benefits. management is good. i'm glad i'm with the company.

After submitting my resume, I received an email within a week asking to schedule a phone screen with a recruiter. Call went well and I was pretty sure I would at least make it to a first interview with the hiring manager. No response after several attempts at follow up. I find it so bizarre when they don't follow up with candidates afterwards providing a status update. Probably for the best given that they are under big brother eBay's thumb, who isn't doing too well right now. After reading employee reviews here, looks like I may have dodged a bullet.

Phone screen focused on work experience, why StubHub, etc. They also want to know your salary expectations upfront.

Entretien
I was brought in three separate times - though in fairness the last was to ensure I was aware that the position had changed (increased responsibility) and my boss wanted to validate that. The interviews are straightforward - you meet a lot of folks but it's consolidated into a long day. Once the offer was made it was VERY quick process.

Honestly there weren't that many difficult questions - but I was at one point asked to talk about code (my job has some technical facets to it) which I wasn't prepared for.
