Friendly faces, good accommodations. The interview is in the office of the company. The entire initial process is about 1.5 hours. However there is hidden secondary interview which actually comes after you accept an offer and start working there. This secondary interview is to determine if the engineers from the partner company are going to 'like' you and if you are going to actually do the thing you were hired to do. If not - you get reassigned to something else.
