The interview process is very long taking from 3-6 weeks for all processes. The first interview being with an HR recruiter which is a quick 30 minute call. That led into a second call with the Managing Specialist out of the office I was applying for.

Very lengthy interview process. Expect multiple calls with people with a personality test that is often make or break for being hired. The interviews themselves aren’t rigorous but it takes a while for them to pick up after you’ve applied.

Telefoninterview ist die erste Stufe vom Bewerbungsverfahren. Viele Fragen wurden nacheinander gestellt. Teilweise typische Bewerbungsfragen. Persönlichkeit, Eigenschaften wurde abgefragt, um die Persönlichkeit besser einschätzen zu können. Aber ingesamt sehr nettes Gespräch.

Four level of interview process was done, started with talent acquisition, later there was a test that he to be given, once that was cleared there was a one to one interview with the interviewer, later Human Resources took over
