Stryker's interview process is one of the most structured and challenging I’ve experienced, but it also reflects their high standards and commitment to hiring top talent.
The process included multiple stages:
Initial Screening Call – This was with the hiring manager and felt more like a high-energy conversation. They were gauging motivation, background, and cultural fit.
Recruiter Interview – A more formal call to assess experience, understand compensation expectations, and prepare you for the next round.
Zoom Interview with Hiring Manager – Deeper dive into experience and why you want Stryker. Be ready to talk numbers and prove your performance.
Panel Interview / Final Presentation Round – This was intense. You’re expected to deliver a full Case Study Presentaiton- Preparation is key here—they’re testing your ability to think on your feet, present professionally, and handle objections like you would in the field.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Stryker (Los Angeles, CA) en mai 2026

Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.

Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
It was a very informative and great interview process. A lot of interviews but enjoyed getting to know more about the team and company. I think it was 4-5 rounds.
