Stryker seeks very specific employees. The interview process is long; you'll have a screening with HR, a personality test, an interview with the regional manager, lead tech, and another regional manager, ride along and just to be completely certain of their decision, you'll have just one or two more. It's a very long process, and it lacks communication (I even asked for feedback and was N/A). It is a male-dominated industry; if you are a female, be prepared for sexist questions.

They are very selective on who they want to be part of the team. Most positions are filed internally, if you are not an employee and are being considered for a position. Considered yourself privileged.
