Entretien
Very long interview process. 5+ rounds of interviews, personality assessment with third party, etc. Interviews conducted via phone, Zoom/Teams, and in person twice. Almost 2 months of interviews with different levels of management. Heavily considered fit with tight nit team and ability to handle demanding hours that come with Spine.

Question 1
For later rounds I was required to study in advance about cervical spine anatomy and their products (and what differentiated them). Questions were not too in depth - more of a test to see if you put in the effort.
5 rounds of interviews, then ghosted. The first one was with a recruiter, then the second one was with the hiring manager, then the Gallup test, then two more interviews.

Got through all rounds of the interview process (recruiter interview, hiring manager interview, Gallup, and final round interview and presentation) only to be ghosted with no follow-up about whether I got the job or not...super unprofessional
