Received an initial phone interview. Moved forward with the third party interviewing process. The questions are open ended non-situational questions, which can easily be interpreted anyway without any context. In my opinion, I don't feel like this was the greatest way to interview candidates because there isn't a personal touch to the second step of the interviewing process.

Before interview genuinely ask if they are looking for hiring or not. After 3 round they ghosted and didn't picked up the call and even didn't replied to mail. Even interview went really well.

Technical 1 - Questions on .NET core, Versioning , API creation, SQL Server
Technical 2 - 15 min of round - No much question - .NET, Cosmos DB 2 questions

There are multiple rounds, including technical round, managerial round, HR round, and Gallup round for behaviour assessment. It takes upto 2 weeks to one month to get the final decision after you have completed all rounds
