Made it to the final round of interviews. The interviews prior consisted of one phone interview, one zoom call with who would be your manager, one Gallup assessment, and one presentation that you give to the entire team. This process all together took three months with very lackluster communication. Was told that “I would promise the job to you if I could” by the recruiter and then went silent for a month until I received an email with very sparse feedback saying they went with a different candidate . This company and team completely disregarded my time and lead me on. Very unprofessional.

I did just the screening with the recruiter. It was very simple; I walked through my resume. I was also asked to name my 3 best strengths. The interview was around 30 minutes long.
First interview was 30 minutes with HR asking about my experience and salary expectations and notice period
Then second interview after 4 days with Meta and EMEA marketing managers and first question was to introduce my self and second question was about my nationality
It was 4 rounds and the final round was a final presentation for about 4 or 5 people with four 1 on 1 interviews in the same day right after the presentation.
