J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Stryker (Portage, MI) en janv. 2021
Entretien
I applied online, received an email a few weeks later for a 30 min phone call with HR which was mostly behavioral. He told me at the end of the call that I had moved forward to a phone interview with a hiring manager the following week which was mostly about my background, also about 30 minutes. Then 3 weeks later I was emailed about a technical interview via Teams which involved basic EE circuitry questions. Next, I had to schedule a Gallup interview the following week which lasted about an hour (google Gallup interview for specifics). Then I heard nothing for another 3 weeks until I reached out to them, only to hear that they "thought they updated me already" of the fact that I didn't move on and that they had no feedback to provide me with.
Considering I endured 4 interviews for a position which I applied for over 2 months ago, I expected some feedback, or to at least have been notified by the company.
