Company relies heavily upon the Gallup phone interview and screening process. The Gallup phone interview can take up to 2 hours and inquires about specific situations whether it be from your personal or professional life and how you handled/overcame each one. There is no right or wrong answer but based on your feedback they are able to assess whether you will be a good fit for the organization. The advice provided to me by the hiring manager for each of my examples was to say that I 'always' went above and beyond, 'always' stayed late, 'always' took on new projects, 'always' a team player...

Difficult but recruiters are dedicated to finding the perfect fit. They definitely recruit for talent rather than the role, and the panel really want to understand you- and if you align with the culture. Integrity is everything.

Starts with a Gallup interview and then interviews with the team. Usually three to five team members will interview you before making a decision. Everyone was very passionate about Stryker.

I interviewed for a Finance Manager with this company. The 1st stage was with the recruiter and it went well. The next stage of the interview process was the hiring manager. The interview went well and I was told that I would proceed to the next round of the interview process. Two days later, I received a rejection email from the company.
It was frustrating to be told that I would proceed to the next round and then be rejected. The company needs to be clear on their expectations of a candidate. Also, do not state you're going to proceed a candidate to the next round if there is any uncertainty.
