Entretien
The interview process has 3 stages. The first stage is a Phone interview with someone from the HR department. This usually lasts 15 minutes. The second stage is a personality-styler interview with a 3rd party company named Gallup. This lasts around 60 minutes and totals close to 30-60 questions if I remember correctly. They are mostly Yes/ No questions but they will asks for examples as well. Prepare several examples that can be used throughout your interviews. The interviewer told me that it was okay to use the same example multiple times. The goal of their interview is to determine whether you are a cultural fit for Stryker. The final stage is a Panel Interview In-Person. This is usually 3-8 people depending on the role.

Entretien
The interveiw process was fantastic although very challenging. The recruiter was very transparent and gave me interviewing tips at every stage of the process. First was a recruiter screening with some pretty direct questions. Second was a Gallup interview which was stressful. Then I interviewed with managers and team members who asked very good appropriate questions. Afterward the recruiter followed up with feedback and advice. Overall the process took 2 weeks.

Entretien
I got referred to HR thru a friend of mine. The first step was a phone interview with HR. Then about a week after that I had to do an hour or less Gallup assessment. The assessment is used to determine if you will fit in their culture. I then got called for a F2F interview with directors and SR managers; I interviewed with 6 people, was an all day affair. Few days after that I was asked to come back and interview with people I would be working with, again to gauge your personality. The whole process took about a month.
