The first interview was with HR and it went well, as scheduled, at the time it didnt workout due to my unavailability to start as soon as they needed, however I believe that it was fun.

What is the main takeaway you took from your bachelor
Horrible experience. After a long hiring process, they rejected the candidate simply for negotiating a higher salary, even though it was already known that the budget for the position was tight.
Upon doing a phone interview, you are required to do a personality quiz. From there your responses will indicate if you are fit for the company. I did not pass the personality quiz.
