Disappointing interview experience overall. From the automated scheduling process to the generic rejection email sent shortly after midnight on a Sunday, the entire experience felt highly impersonal. Hiring is ultimately a people-oriented process, yet every interaction felt transactional and detached. During the compensation discussion, the interviewer reacted negatively to my salary range despite it being within the range posted in the job description, which came across as unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional. I understand not every opportunity is the right fit, but candidate experience still matters. In hindsight, I’m glad I did not move forward in the process.
