It was a three-round interview process. The first round focused mainly on my resume, background, and overall experience. The second round was with the structural team, where we discussed more technical aspects of the role, my structural design experience, and how my background aligned with their project work. The final stage was with the managerial staff, which was more focused on overall fit, communication, team dynamics, expectations, and next steps within the company.
