Very transparent and easy to navigate. Several steps - first a phone interview with the recruiter, then an online behavioral assessment, and then at least one phone interview with the Launch Coach for the region - I did 2 calls with her.

First round was done over the phone with a current area director/recruiter. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable in the interview, which was less than formal today the least. I enjoyed the experience and look forward to interview 2.
