One phone screen followed by onsite for Google L4 equivalent. The onsite consisted of multiple coding rounds, one system design, and one debugging. The debugging one was particularly difficult as it was some compiler-like library. It was my first ever systems design interview, so I did not do so well on it, but the interviewer was kind of mean and didn't help much even though I was struggling.
