I wasn't interviewed by the person they told me in the first interview, neither the content of it. They told me I would had to present a program I had been working on on in my last job, and instead they went straight to tipical interview questions.

Screening interview with HR, followed up with 2 separate interviews with leaders in TPM and a 5 hour interview with various TPMS. 2 ours were focused on System Design and technical understanding, rest of the time was behavioral and how you handle complexity in a large organization that is fast paced.
