It had appeared to be a smooth, enjoyable and easy interview process. As a matter of fact, they reached out to me. I spoke with their recruiter, hiring manager and an additional leader. After numerous conversations and positive feedback on their end, I was ghosted. Extremely frustrating and disappointing considering that I followed up in a professional manner and requested feedback to understand what happened.
