      Entretien pour Human Resources Consultant

      25 juin 2014
      Candidat à l'entretien anonyme
      Aucune offre

      Candidature

J'ai passé un entretien chez Stratus.HR

      Entretien

Initial interview was great. Team members described a fun and energetic culture focused on development and customer service. The second interview was a bit strange. I met with team members again and two owners. The owners were stand-offish in the interview. At the beginning she actually admitted she didn't have any questions for me. I couldn't understand why she'd bring me in if she had no questions. It was almost as if she wanted to see what I looked like and when she wasn't impressed she no longer wanted to interview me.

      Question 1

Asked about how my consulting would differ when consulting an attorney's office

J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Stratus.HR (South Jordan, UT) en déc. 2011

      Entretien

Heard about the job because one of the HR Team members contacted me on LinkedIn. Went to the first interview which was a panel interview with the team. The guy that reached out to me went out of his way to explain to me that they weren't "recruiting me" as if I needed some clarification that I needed to interview for the job. It was weird. It was like a nice way of saying, "By the way, we contacted you but you're still going to need to impress us." First interview went ok, was a little surprised that I got a second interview. Second interview was with a few of the same people and the two owners. Worst interview I've ever been to. Michaela, or something, is one of the owners. She was late coming in to the interview. She sat down, looked at my resume, and then stared me up and down. Then she put down my resume and said "Well I don't really have any questions." I couldn't believe that someone would bring me in for a second interview just to see what I look like! I was so offended. I tried to be nice about it and said "Well let me start by telling you about myself." Then we went on with the interview although I could tell the entire time she was over it from the beginning. It was so offensive and just plain rude. Obviously they didn't hire me and I wouldn't work there anyway.

      Question 1

Mostly scenario-based questions. How would you handle a difficult client, etc.
