It was quick and did a lesson demo. The staff and teachers were friendly. I got an offer after a day. The process was quick. I appreciate their welcoming nature and how intensive they look at all your education and credentials.

Very brief. No response to follow up email post in person interview. Weird initial phone screening with an out of company recruiter. Then one phone brief interview with representative from school. Lack of flow up and communication on their end was not professional nor respectful in my opinion. Interesting vibe that’s not for everyone. Odd location for a school.

Entretien
Phone interview with HR. Then in person interview with Head of School in Mission Viejo. Next was to teach a lesson plan. Received a call two weeks later that I was on short list to be hired and would hear back from them in the next few days. They GHOSTED me! I sent nice emails, called and not any professional word back from them. Glad not to be there if that’s what they think of staff. Pay was 20% below low teacher salary. Stay away from here.
