They responded promptly, which was appreciated. Overall, it was an average experience. However, the second round with the hiring manager was disappointing. He arrived late, though he did apologize and provide an explanation. Throughout the interview, he frequently checked his phone and had to leave early. While I understand that a leader's schedule can be demanding, it is important to respect the candidate's time and effort. I had prepared thoroughly for the interview and expected the same level of commitment in return.
